These are my top choice for maternity compression. They're supportive but the top doesn't dig in, and they're fairly affordable when on sale. I pretty much only wear these and are sad the footless leggings have been discontinued!

I have just had back surgery and have to wear a back brace. I purchased 2 of these and they are so comfortable. It fits snug, but doesn't feel tight. It fits perfect for under the brace and then I can wear a dress over that. Very pleased with my purchase.
